Directions: I-93 to exit 4 = Rt 102, Go East towards Derry, Right at 1st set of lights = Fordway St. Park is less than 1/2 mile on right. Next to dog pound.Nashua

Peterborough Town Beach
Located on Cunningham Pont at Route 101; open daylight hours
Comments: beach was donated to town by town resident and author of 'The Secret Life of Dogs' on the condition that dogs be welcome there.Portsmouth
Portsmouth Dog Park
Located next to tennis courts at South Mill Pond (Junkins Ave?); open dawn until the lights go out (10 -11 pm); fenced, benches, handicap access,poopbags, trees, parking, lights, water, trash.
It's the only dogpark in the area, watch for glass in the fill used by the town when they used the park to set off fireworks during Market Square Day. You are required to pick up afer your dog. DON'T let your dogs swim in or drink the water in South Mill Pond - it's polluted.
